ExxonMobil in MalaysiaIn Malaysia, we are involved in oil and gas production operations and the marketing of chemical products. We also host a global business and technology center in Kuala Lumpur that provides high-level information technology and engineering expertise to ExxonMobil's upstream, downstream and chemical businesses worldwide.
We are looking for Malaysian students who are passionate to return to Malaysia to start a rewarding, long-term career with us.
What role you will play in the team- You will be an integral part of our engineering team providing high quality technical insights and support to ExxonMobil manufacturing facilities globally, encompassing refineries and chemical plants.
- This calls for proactive thinking, idea generation, robust interpersonal skills, staying abreast of technological advancements, applying sound scientific principles, collaborating with global teams, occasional travel to engage with internal teams, and proficiency in intellectual property matters.
- Depending on business needs, placements are made in Manufacturing Process Engineering, Control Systems, Application Engineering, and Model Performance Analytics.
- Role is open to Malaysians only.
- Position is based in Kuala Lumpur.
About you
Skills and Qualifications- Bachelor / Master's / PhD degree in Chemical Engineering with an excellent academic track record.
- Be able to demonstrate intellectual rigor, drive, and proactiveness in leading change.
- Ability to work in a multi-cultural global setting coupled with strong written & verbal communication skills.
