Job description

Job Responsibility

  • Assist and support Executive Director to manage all the sales-related activities in the Sales Department.
  • Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance to them.
  • Assist to meet agreed annual sales quotas/target.
  • To promote company products or to initiate sales prospecting of the company product.
  • Liaison between Sales, Production Planner, and the client to provide the service most suitable to the client's needs, cost, and time restraints.
  • Communicate and report customer's shipment status.
  • Identify product improvement or new product in the industry by remaining current on industry trends, market, and competitor activities.
  • Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data.
  • Backup Sales & Admin team members during their unavailability.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending discussions, meetings, and workshops, establishing personal networks, or reviewing professional publications.
  • Ensure Sales Reports are prepared accurately within deadlines and submitted to HOD.
  • Work closely with QAQC Department, Planning, Production, and Engineering Department on customer complaints, technical-related issues, inquiries, and requests to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor A/R aging for assigned key accounts.
  • To assess the progress of the department and develop Sales strategy accordingly.
  • To comply with all statutory laws, OSH, QMS, and in-house rules and regulations, policies, procedures, and requirements.
  • To understand and support the OSH and QMS policies and objectives.
  • Upkeep the housekeeping to ensure cleanliness and safety at the workplace.
  • To perform any other duties as assigned by Superior.

Job Requirements

Language Required

  • Ability to speak and write in Mandarin and English fluently.

Education Background

  • At least a Certificate/Diploma in Marketing or any other discipline.
  • Fresh Graduates are welcomed to apply.

Knowledge

  • Good knowledge in Sales, Marketing, and Business Development of Products.

Experience

  • Preferably with a minimum of two (2) years of working experience in Sales/Marketing in the manufacturing business.

Skills And Abilities

  • Excellent Customer Service and Presentation Skills.
  • Result Oriented and Customer Focus.
  • Candidates must have good Communication Skills.

Physical Built

  • Pleasant Personality.
