As the Talent Acquisition Operations Executive,

You will be the backbone of our Talent Acquisition team, ensuring smooth and efficient recruitment operations from start to finish. You will play a key role in scheduling interviews, managing pre-boarding and onboarding activities, and supporting the Talent Acquisition Specialists in reporting and process improvement. Your contribution will directly impact the effectiveness of our recruitment efforts and the overall candidate experience.

What you will be doing:

  1. Interview coordination: Schedule interviews, liaise with candidates & interviewers and manage all related logistics to ensure a seamless process.
  2. Pre-boarding & Onboarding support: Collect necessary pre-boarding documents and assist with onboarding preparation, ensuring new hires are set up for success for Day One.
  3. Internal Job Posting & Advertising: Post & advertise referral program and internal job opportunities to total markets.
  4. Recruitment cost operations: Ensuring payments to recruitment or employer branding vendors.
  5. Process support: Work closely with Talent Acquisition team to maintain and improve recruitment processes, ensuring compliance and efficiency throughout the process.
  6. Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team as needed, including managing candidate databases, scheduling meetings and maintaining payment records.

Qualifications

You will need to:

  1. Possess a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree.
  2. Have total relevant experience of 1-3 years in HR operations and/or TA operations.
  3. Have a strong discipline for process, timeline and details, coupled with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  4. Be comfortable using HR software and recruitment tools i.e. MS Office, Applicant Tracking System.
