Implements human resources programs by providing talent management services, including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development, records management, safety and health, succession planning, employee relations and retention, legal compliance, and employee relations; completing personnel transactions.
Conducts recruitment effort for all employees; conducts new-employee orientations; monitors career-pathing program and writes and places advertisements.
Develops human resources solutions by collecting and analyzing information; recommending necessary courses of action.
Improves manager and employee performance by identifying and clarifying problems; evaluating potential solutions; implementing selected solution; coaching and counselling managers and employees.
Prepares monthly and quarterly reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing data and trends.
Develops human resources operations financial strategies by estimating, forecasting, and anticipating requirements, trends, and variances; aligning monetary resources; developing action plans; measuring and analyzing results; initiating corrective actions; minimizing the impact of variances.
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
Administers various human resource plans and procedures for all company personnel; assists in the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures; prepares and maintains employee handbook and policies and procedures manual, communicating and enforcing organization values.
Plays an advisory role to the Management on strategic HR Matters pertaining to manpower, staff costs, employee relations, industrial relations, etc.
Coordinates salary payment and all the statutory deductions in a timely manner for monthly payment, i.e., EPF, HRDF, SOCSO, EIS, and Income Tax.
Monitors training and development of employees; HRDF subscription and training master plan as per budgeted.
Monitors payroll process and highlights discrepancies to CEO as and when it occurs.
Administers Staff Performance Appraisal (SPAR); provides assistance and facilitates other Head of Services and employees; prepares SPAR report/presentation.
Administers benefits and compensation programs, including claims resolution, change reporting, approval for payment, and communicating benefit information to employees.
Maintains human resource information system records and compiles reports from the database; successfully implements new modules as directed from time to time by Talent Management KPJHQ.
Participates in administrative staff meetings and attends other meetings and seminars; maintains company organization charts and the employee directory.
Handles employee relations matters and provides counselling, outplacement counselling, and exit interviewing when necessary.
Complies with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; anticipating legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.
Performs other related duties as required and assigned by CM & CEO of the Hospital or Company.
