Job Description

1. Identify, analyse and implement improvement opportunities, collaborating with area owner, to form a strong and effective OpEx team dynamic.
2. Support and manage improvement deliveries in line using the lean tools, thinking and methodologies.
3. Develop and implement effective Visual Management solutions.
4. Produce data and metrics to provide visibility to track and evidence saving which will support benefit realisation.
5. Develop and implement standard work.
6. Writing validation protocol, protocol execution and report.
