Identify, source, initiate contact with local celebrities/talents/influencers, and negotiate contracts, endorsements, collaborations, and partnerships.
Manage working relationships with these celebrities/talents/influencers to ensure they fulfill the deliverables.
Ensure smooth execution of commitments (shoots, appearances, social media postings, etc.).
Prepare schedules and manage projects based on directions and adjust when needed/ad hoc changes.
Liaise with internal legal and finance on contracts and finance processes.
Plan, conceptualize, and execute promotional/marketing campaigns while collaborating with key stakeholders such as internal and external teams (e.g., Campaigns, Media Buy, Creative & Production teams).
Perform tracking and analysis to continually optimize celebrity campaign performance and identify improvement areas.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in Marketing or a related field.
3-4 years of experience in agency/Celebrity/Talent/KOL management is a plus; background in agency is preferred.
