We are seeking a skilled SAP Tech ABAP CRM Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ABAP development within the SAP Customer Relationship Management (CRM) environment, responsible for enhancing and supporting CRM applications to meet business requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement ABAP programs, reports, and enhancements in the SAP CRM environment.
• Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications for CRM applications.
• Develop and maintain custom objects such as BAPIs, user exits, and enhancements to improve CRM functionalities.
• Support integration of SAP CRM with other SAP modules, such as SD and MM, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.
• Perform debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of ABAP programs and CRM applications.
• Create technical documentation, including design specifications, testing plans, and user manuals for developed applications.
• Participate in system upgrades and migrations, ensuring code compatibility and adherence to best practices.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users and junior developers as needed.

Requirements:

• 4-7 years of experience in SAP ABAP development, specifically within the SAP CRM module.
• Strong knowledge of ABAP programming concepts, including reports, interfaces, forms, and enhancements.
• Experience with CRM-specific development objects such as BOL (Business Object Layer), GenIL (Generic Interface Layer), and Web UI development.
• Familiarity with SAP integration techniques and data modeling within the CRM context.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and Fiori applications is a plus.
