My Client is an international provider of contract manufacturing services intended to offer precision tooling and plastic moulding. Its extensive range of services encompasses:

They are ISO/TS16949, ISO 9001:2000, ISO 13485:2003 and ISO 14001:2004 certified. With more than 10,000 employees, the company has offices/manufacturing plants in India, China, Singapore, Malaysia, etc.

Location: Kulim Plant, Malaysia

Position: Security Manager

Reports Directly to: Director, SAAC

JOB SUMMARY

The incumbent drives the Security program and management system to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations, as well as Corporate Security policy; to carry out periodic Security audits at all sites.

REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 5 years’ experience in law enforcement, intelligence, military organizations, or in a security-related private sector job
• Fluency in English and Mandarin is a must
• Proficient in MS Office
• Willingness to travel

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Establish corporate Security programs and procedures to ensure the protection of company personnel, information, and property.
2. Review corporate Security procedures, train security personnel on changes, and track implementation at all sites.
3. Establish corporate security audit standards and perform periodic audits at all sites.
4. Establish NPI work plan in accordance with production and operation targets and guidelines, guiding and inspecting the execution of the plan.
5. Ensure compliance with external customers' Security Audit requirements and timely follow-up on security requirements with no adverse complaints.
6. Classify, compile, and analyze security incidents, formulating corrective/preventive measures at all sites.
7. Submit all security reports punctually to the Director SAAC.
8. Conduct thorough investigations of irregularities and security incidents.
9. Establish and maintain liaison with relevant regulatory bodies and law enforcement agencies.
10. Other assignments as directed by the Director, SAAC.
