Duty Manager (Front Office-MERITZ HOTEL)

  • Supervise hotel staff and coordinate daily operations.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
  • Manage guest check-ins and check-outs.
  • Handle guest complaints or requests, ensuring they are resolved efficiently.
  • Ensure that hotel standards are maintained for cleanliness, safety, and service.
  • Oversee security and emergency procedures.
  • Assist in staff training and performance management.
  • Monitor and maintain hotel facilities and equipment.
  • Report any incidents or irregularities to upper management.
