Your requirements for the job
3+ years of experience as a UX/UI or Product Designer, preferably in a B2B environment
Proven end-to-end responsibility for a product or product area
Experience working in an agile environment or having an agile mindset
Experience in preparing and conducting workshops
Experience in planning and executing user research, as well as analyzing qualitative and quantitative data
Proficiency in Figma or similar design and prototyping tools
Independent and solution-oriented working style
Knowledge of the latest UI/UX trends and design standards
Fluency in German and English (at least C1 level)

Your tasks
You will work in one of our cross-functional teams alongside a Product Manager, a Tech Lead, and several developers. Additionally, you will actively and regularly coordinate with all relevant stakeholders in the company.
Together with your team’s Product Manager, you will plan and conduct user research activities (user interviews, usability testing, surveys, and other qualitative and quantitative methods).
You will derive opportunities from research findings to identify areas for improvement in our product while developing a deep understanding of our users.
You will lead workshops with your team, stakeholders, and users to define problem statements, ideate solutions, and serve other purposes.
You will define interaction patterns, usage scenarios, and user flows to illustrate your ideas and make your solutions tangible.
You will create low- and high-fidelity prototypes, as well as everything in between.
You will be responsible for the complete design of your product area.
You will define hypotheses and continuously validate your assumptions and desired outcomes.
You will balance user outcomes with our business goals and OKRs in your work.
You will closely collaborate with our developers to incorporate architectural decisions and technical constraints into your solutions.
You will prepare your designs in Figma for hand-off to our developers.
Together with our Lead Designer, you will actively contribute to the further development of our existing UI and UX guidelines.
