Hub Associate (Operation Support)

We are currently seeking a Hub Associate (Operation Support) to join DHL eCommerce based in Puchong, Malaysia!

The Hub Associate (Operation Support) will be responsible for driving quality projects and will focus on COD monitoring, SMS work, and 3PL (ADS) management.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

COD Monitoring

1. Generating daily reports which will focus more on COD monitoring such as RTM report, Cash Deposit report.
2. Generate weekly report on COD No Movement for parcels that have not moved beyond 14 days.
3. Closely follow up with depots and hub on closing the parcel's status.
4. Compilation of data from various sources.
5. Generating adhoc reports on a case-to-case basis.
6. Verification of data from multiple sources.

SMS and 3PL Deliveries

1. Managing 3PL account on a daily basis by sending out daily manifest.
2. Closely follow up parcels that were handed over to 3PL to ensure parcels are delivered within the SLA.
3. Sending out Exception SMS to customers using Exotel.
4. Follow up on responses from the SMS cases with the depots.
5. Compilation of data from various reports on a daily basis.
6. Adhoc follow up on adhoc reporting and adhoc compilation.

Requirements

1. A minimum of 1 year experience in ecommerce or express logistics.
2. Ability to handle large amounts of data. Work with Excel and other business tools.
3. Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply too.
4. Diploma/Degree in Statistics/Data Science.
