Construction Management

• Conduct daily site inspections to verify that work is carried out in accordance with project requirements (i.e., specifications, drawings, quality).
• Monitor construction progress daily to assess if the project is on track or delayed.
• Track and notify the Project Engineer, Assistant Manager, or Manager of site progress for stage billing purposes.
• Implement quality control procedures on-site to ensure products meet EW's quality requirements.
• Highlight discrepancies in construction drawings to the PP&D team and consultants before site work commences to minimize abortive works.
• Enforce EW's HSE requirements during the construction stage to ensure zero incidents and injuries.
