Structural Engineer

As our new Structural Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in undertaking structural design, producing and coordinating the production of project deliverables including reports, calculations, tender submissions, technical documentation, sketches, presentations, drawings and specifications. You will be involved in a diverse range of projects such as low and high-rise modular buildings, including off-site construction, volumetric and PPVC systems.
Reporting directly to our Senior Associate, MMC Lead in our multidisciplinary Buildings Department, you will apply the principles of Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DfMA) to promote the use of Modern Methods of Construction (MMC), modular construction and prefabrication. You will be responsible for undertaking work from the initial design concept through to detailed design, supervision, and quality assurance of structures. As a part of a global team, you can expect to be working on projects in Singapore as well as in the wider Asia-Pacific and Middle East regions, in sectors such as commercial, hospitality and residential.
You will become part of our Building Department based in the Ramboll Kuala Lumpur, Jalan Ampang Office. We have extensive global experience in project delivery from the initial concept phase to final completion and handover, and we are involved in both Malaysia, Singapore and international projects.
