About the role

We are looking for a talented and passionate Commis Chef to join our dynamic team at MST GOLF ARENA SDN. BHD' in Penang Island, Penang. As a Commis Chef, you will play a crucial role in supporting the culinary operations and contributing to the creation of exceptional dining experiences for our guests. What you'll be doing

• Assisting the Head Chef and other senior chefs in the preparation, cooking and presentation of a variety of dishes
• Ensuring the highest standards of food quality, hygiene and safety are maintained at all times
• Participating in menu development and contributing ideas to enhance the culinary offerings
• Maintaining a clean and organised work station, adhering to all kitchen procedures and protocols
• Working collaboratively with the entire kitchen team to deliver an exceptional dining experience for our guests
• Continuously developing your culinary skills and knowledge to stay up-to-date with industry trends

• Relevant culinary qualifications or equivalent experience in a similar role
• A passion for food and a commitment to delivering outstanding culinary creations
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for presentation
