General Responsibilities
Oversee the assigned clients' team to drive marketing plan, in-store execution and profitability.
Ensure effective inventory management to maintain stock levels within budget, minimizing aged stocks and old promotional stocks.
Lead the development and implementation of short/long term sales plans in consultation with clients.
Oversee sales activities and initiate new/improved strategies based on changing market trends.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators to manage territories' performance and oversee sales forecasting and reporting processes.
Contribute to customer base expansion strategies based on the effectiveness of sales strategies/plans.
Drive post-evaluation of key promotions and communicate results to the teams.
Oversee the development and implementation of continuous improvements on marketing processes, marketing plans, and customer satisfaction.
Lead and guide resolution of complex customer issues while developing long-term strategic relationships with key customers to achieve business objectives.
Drive annual negotiations with key customers, including trading terms and conditions, to facilitate sales agreements and achieve targeted margins.
Anticipate future direction and needs of customers.
Functional Skills and Knowledge
Preferably candidates specializing in Healthcare - Pharmaceuticals.
Demonstrate strong understanding of clients' industry/business/products along with strong client management and communication skills.
Proven project management skills.
Strong analytical background and knowledge of statistical analysis methods.
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/MBA
Minimum 10 years relevant work experience with people management skills.
