Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for all communication in-going and out-going.
- Handle in-house paging system.
- Courteously receive and properly route incoming calls.
- Ensure proper functioning of telephone equipment at all times and implement correct telephone operating procedure.
- Assist guests as necessary.
- Take down and relay messages.
- Project a good image of the Hotel by establishing good communication through telephone conversations.
- Assist in pre-registration and blocking of rooms for reservations.
- Understand room status and room status tracking.
- Handle guests during check-in and check-out.
- Provide high standard of service.
- Respond to guest requests.
- Ensure quality of service by following the SOP.
- Be a team player.
- Assist other departments by providing useful information.
- Check arrival and departure lists on a daily basis.
- Be aware of arrivals of VIPs.
- Handle and welcome VIPs.
- Upsell and cross-sell services.
- Maintain stock and keep it up to date.
- Conduct toilet inspections.

It can be divided into 3 separate halls, each with its own mobile stage, suitable for conventions, exhibitions, seminars, conferences, trade fairs, weddings, etc. It can accommodate 1,000 to 2,500 persons depending on the type of functions being carried out.
