Job description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for directly supervising and managing retail employees across several retail outlets to ensure they meet the Key Performance Index.
  • Ensure a customized training program is developed to enhance the retail employee's skills and deliverables in the retail outlets.
  • To ensure overall retail outlets operations are managed effectively to achieve sales targets, maximize profitability and productivity, increase customer satisfaction, and ensure continuous business growth.
  • Ensure retail employees adhere to 100% compliance with all company and local authorities' policies and procedures.
  • Must be fast and precise in identifying solutions to address employee performance-related challenges.
  • Monitor and administer all matters related to customer satisfaction for the retail outlets.
  • Communicate consistently with the Retail Store Manager or Retail Consultants on information related to shop operations, promotions, and other issues.
  • Ensure retail employees are constantly mentored and monitored to achieve the retail outlet's sales targets.
  • Ensure retail outlets are visited regularly to ensure the outlets are managed effectively and efficiently.
  • To provide after-sales services to end-user products and attend to customers’ complaints.
  • Build and maintain good relationships with complex personnel, retail consultants, and customers.
  • To ensure all orders issued are delivered on time and ensure the highest delivery ratio.
  • To coordinate working schedules and daily operations of the outlets.
  • To ensure a healthy stock level and perform a stock count on a monthly basis at all retail outlets.
  • To conduct competitor surveys on the product's features, prices, and the activities that are taking place in other surrounding outlets.
  • To provide feedback and work closely with the Sales & Marketing team to achieve company objectives.

Job Requirements:

  • At least a Diploma/Degree in any discipline.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude, and pro-active approach, possess strong leadership qualities, and a team player who can work with minimum supervision and is highly committed.
  • Required Language(s): English.
  • Excellent communication and organization skills.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in a related field. Preferably those who are hands-on and have knowledge in managing retail outlets. Those from the FMCG industry are encouraged to apply.
  • Must be computer literate and willing to travel outstation and work on weekends.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Subang UEP.
  • Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
