Warehouse Supervisor cum Lorry Driver

Job Responsibility

• Manage and oversee all daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing and shipping of goods.
• Develop and implement warehouse policies, procedures and best practices to optimise productivity and efficiency.
• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring tight control and timely reporting.
• Lead, motivate and develop a team of warehouse staff, including supervisors and operators.
• Liaise with other departments to coordinate logistics and distribution activities.
• Identify and resolve any operational issues or bottlenecks to ensure seamless workflow.
• Implement and maintain warehouse safety and security protocols.
• Analyse warehouse performance data and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

Job Requirement

• Proven experience in warehouse and projects management in logistics.
• Required Language in English & Chinese.
• Strong on MS Excel to perform better analytical on cycle count and annual stocktake reconciliation, KPI analysis and productivity.
• Experienced in handling 3PL warehouse or Distribution warehouse.
• Experienced in maintaining ISO standards such as ISO9001 and ISO13485 / GDPMDS is an added advantage.
• Possess a valid GDL license (For Lorry Driving).
• Minimum 1 year of lorry driving experience (preferred).
