Shovel Operator (CMS Concrete Products Sdn Bhd – Tanjung Bako & Sejingkat Plant, Kuching)

Responsibilities

• Operate shovel for the ready mix industry;
• Ensure all aggregate storage bins are topped up to full at all times;
• Ensure the different aggregates are topped up in the correct storage bin;
• Adhere to the operating procedure of the shovel as per the operating manual;
• Record operating hours accurately in the maintenance logbook;
• Clean and maintain the shovel in good condition at all times;
• Record tyre changes in the maintenance logbook;
• Daily check of the machine before operations, including engine oil, cooling water, hydraulic oil, transmission oil, and tyre greasing;
• Schedule for machine maintenance.

Requirements

• SPM or equivalent;
• Must have a relevant license to operate the machine;
• Able to communicate and possess the right attitude;
• Knowledge in general servicing;
• Computer knowledge.
