Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the team, ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • Handle data entry, document preparation, and file management.
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments.
  • Assist in managing correspondence via email and phone.
  • Support in generating reports and tracking project progress.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Admin Assistant or similar role (minimum 2 years).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
