About the Job: Senior Account Management Executive
Position: Senior / Account Management Executive - URGENT
Location: VSQ PJ, Block 6, Level 8
Preferably: Prefer Chinese speaking
Salary:
- Basic Salary Junior: RM 2,500 – RM 2,800 + Commission (Fresh grads with similar intern experience also considered)
- Basic Salary Intermediate: RM 2,800 – RM 3,300 + Commission
- Basic Salary Senior: RM 3,000 – RM 3,800 + Commission
Performance-based commission, approximately RM 1K – 3K Monthly if achieved.
Work Type: Full time
Interview Date: Immediate
Working Hours: 5 days a week
Purpose of Hiring:
- Ensure on-boarding processes meet overall campaign schedule and develop appropriate mitigation plan to secure on-boarding completion date.
- Develop positive relationships with customers, focused on overall campaign delivery.
- Perform campaign monitoring, control, and report campaign execution status, progress, and KPIs, ensuring full and effective reporting to management such as weekly/monthly reports and campaign reviews.
Key Accountabilities:
- Set priorities to achieve objectives and record all data related to campaign status and communications.
- Identify and fulfill customer requirements, regularly inform customers on campaign status, and share information of campaign plan with them.
- Coordinate internal resources for the flawless execution of the on-boarding process.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures.
- Supply recurring reporting to customers regarding their campaign performance.
- Towards the end of customer contracts, discuss renewal opportunities and work to maintain customer relationships with new contract agreements.
- Handle inbound calls from campaign referrals, obtain consumer information and needs.
- Record consumers’ information in the internal system.
Education Qualifications:
Degree/Diploma in business-related field preferred.
Work Experience:
Required:
- 1 year of Account Management experience (Key account).
- 1 year of experience in working directly with Customers.
Preferred:
Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:
- Language: Spoken and written Chinese and English skills.
- Software: Knowledge in using all Microsoft products, especially Excel. Salesforce and Tableau experience is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills between internal staff and external customers.
- People Management: Working with various stakeholders for different accounts, providing clear goals and guidelines to ensure everyone is on the same track.
