Senior Quantity Surveyor [ Consultancy Firm ]

• Salary: $3000-$5000
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
• Work Location: Bukit Merah Town Centre

Requirements:

• More than 2 years of relevant working experience in a consultancy firm.
• Proficient in QS application and software.

Responsibilities:

• Involvement in the overall quantity surveying, cost & contract management of projects.
• Feasibility studies & early cost advice.
• Preparation of cost estimate & cost plan.
• Value management & cost management.
• Advice and management of the overall procurement process.
• Preparation of tender & contract documentation.
• Evaluation of tenders received, analysis & reporting.
• Measurement and taking-off of quantities and quantification of works done.
• Valuation of progress payment claim, variation and final account.
• Attendance to project & site meetings.
