About Our Client

Founded in year 1998, our client is one of the leading players in the adhesive tape solution provider industry.

Responsibilities

  • Create new customer opportunities by innovating and overseeing the sales process for the business.
  • Support the Business Development Manager in all sales and business development activities.
  • Develop new applications using the company's existing products and new product development.
  • Provide monthly business reports on activities and results of the business unit.
  • Monitor outstanding payments and provide support for collections.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by superiors from time to time.
  • Develop a solid and trusting relationship between customers and the company.
  • Resolve customer issues and anticipate changes and improvements needed by customers.
  • Maximize profit by up-selling or cross-selling.
  • Plan and present reports on account progress, goals, and initiatives to share with supervisors and management.
  • Meet all client needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines.
  • Coordinate with internal cross-functional teams to support customers.
  • Execute strategic programs and other tasks assigned by supervisors or management.
  • Excel in Microsoft Office to prepare data analysis on market, pricing, and products.
  • Prepare and update weekly reports and monthly sales reports on project pipelines.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated understanding of industrial solution implementations.
  • Minimum of 2 years of field-level industrial solution sales, preferably with experience in specifying-in, cold-calling, new company and product introductions, and customer visits.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin are preferred.
  • Ability to handle multiple complex sales cycles simultaneously.
  • Positive and proactive attitude, always smiling and not afraid of failure.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to provide breakthrough ideas.
  • Excel in Microsoft Office for preparing data analysis on market, pricing, and products.
  • Able to communicate well with others when working in a team.
  • Possess own transportation and willingness to travel outstation and visit customers within the allocated territories.

Remuneration
Basic up to MYR 8,000 (Depending on experience) + Commission
