Language Interpreter (Mandarin & English)

Full-time night job following US Pacific Time Zone (US Client), 5 days work a week

Work From Home (WFH)

As an interpreter, your primary role is to facilitate communication between parties who speak different languages. Your main responsibility would be to accurately interpret conversations between the caller and the emergency operator, ensuring that both parties understand each other.

Salary and Benefits:

• Basic Salary: RM4,800-RM5,200 per month + SOCSO + EPF + OT pay
• 14 days paid sick leave, 12 days annual leave, and some Malaysia & US Public holidays

Latest Training Session Details:

• Training Duration: 3 weeks, 8 hours each day (including a 1-hour break) from 08:00 AM to 04:00 PM (Malaysia time).
• Training Allowance: RM 2650 + RM 400 (security deposit of gadgets).
• Live Sessions: 9 live sessions divided into 2 parts, totaling 18 hours.
• Total Training Hours: 105 hours, including online assessments, tutorial sessions, and module study.
• Nesting Period: Days 13/14/15 will be designated for live phone calls.
• Training Allowance Payment: Disbursed only to participants who successfully complete the full 3 weeks of training.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English & Mandarin (Speaking, Reading, and Writing)
• Work starts anytime from 8 pm/9pm/10pm/11pm/12am (MYT) and will shift every 3 months.
• Works for 8 hours with a 1-hour break in between.
• Entry Level, No qualification needed, only good language speaking skills.
