Responsibilities

• Capability to prepare and create good reports in Excel and PPT for presentation to management and customers.
• Building relationships: Establishing and maintaining relationships with international customers and partners.
• Analyzing markets: Monitoring and analyzing international markets for trends and opportunities.
• Identifying new markets: Identifying and developing new international sales channels and markets.
• Creating pricing and promotional strategies: Developing pricing and promotional strategies for international markets.
• Presenting to customers: Preparing and presenting sales and marketing presentations to international customers and partners.
• Tracking sales performance: Tracking, analyzing, and reporting on international sales performance.
• Staying up to date: Remaining up to date on industry trends, competitors, and regulations in international markets.

Job Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or international relations. Courses in international business, economics, and foreign languages (Chinese, Japanese, Korean) can be particularly helpful.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in sales in an entry-level position with sales coordinators; export sales and marketing background will be helpful.
• Skills: Develop skills in reporting systems, such as proficiency in Excel and PPT reports, negotiation, relationship building, and market research.
• Professional development: Understanding of industry trends, competitors, and regulations in international markets.
• Location: Able to commute to our work office - Kossan R&D Centre, Meru Klang.
