About The Role

As a CBRE Finance Admin Support, you will manage and coordinate the fulfilment of the CBRE contract and other duties.

What You’ll Do

  1. Manage incoming feedback from Client, create and track Work Orders in our CMMS System.
  2. Review contracts and service agreements to ensure the service level complies with legal guidelines, budget, and client procedures.
  3. Negotiate and interpret contracts, and monitor fulfilment of contractual obligations.
  4. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, conduct risk assessments, and implement safety measures.
  5. Provide recommendations for approval or alternative solutions.
  6. Interface with the Accounting Department on invoicing and PO insurance issues.
  7. Accountable for administration and execution of Supplier / Vendor Performance.
  8. Identify opportunities for improvement, develop, and manage budget for facility operations.
  9. Provide formal supervision to individual employees within a single functional or operational area.
  10. Plan and monitor appropriate staffing levels and utilization of labour, including overtime.
  11. Mentor and coach team members to further develop competencies. Lead by example and model behaviours that are consistent with the company's values.
  12. Serve as the single point of contact and accountable for the overall portfolio.
  13. Responsible for all aspects of facilities management operations.
  14. Perform client and financial reporting.
  15. Ensure all service levels (including key performance indicators) are met.
  16. Be comfortable with weekend work – Coordinate and escort vendors on Saturdays.
  17. Ensure no disruption of building operations due to breakdown of any equipment under maintenance.
What You’ll Need
  1. Minimum 1-year experience of working in Admin or Finance Industry.
  2. Experience working within a demanding fast-paced environment involving high levels of customer care.
  3. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable, and courteous service to customers.
  4. Ability to effectively present information.
  5. Ability to respond effectively to time-sensitive situations.
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills.
