About the role

Are you passionate about championing Health and Safety? Reckitt is looking for an EHS Manager to play a pivotal role in sustaining our reputation for world-class Supply Chain operations. As part of our dedicated team, you'll make a true impact by leading Health and Safety strategy inside a company that values your expertise and dedication. Your initiative will drive transformation, ensuring the welfare of our people and the success of our operations globally.

Your responsibilities

1. Craft and introduce Health and Safety strategies and protocols that align with global EHS regulations.
2. Perform risk evaluations, audits, and checks to prevent hazards and secure a hazard-free workplace.
3. Offer direction, guidance, and support to regional EHS teams for coherent Health and Safety practices.
4. Work with various teams to merge Health and Safety into Supply Chain operations and decisions.
5. Manage Health and Safety instructional initiatives to keep all staff well-informed and compliant.
6. Oversee incident analysis, root cause discovery, and the development of remedial and preventive strategies.

The experience we're looking for

1. Extensive background in EHS management, particularly within Supply Chain safety initiatives.
2. Thorough understanding of EHS laws, standards, and best practices, especially as they apply to Supply Chain contexts.
3. Influential leadership and communication abilities to champion EHS measures and engender a culture centered on safety.
4. A proven history of creating and putting into action global Health and Safety strategies.
5. Available to travel internationally to various Supply Chain locations as necessary.
