Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation:

• Produce high-quality photo and video content for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).
• Design eye-catching graphics, infographics, and other visual assets that align with our brand voice and messaging.
• Write engaging captions, video scripts, and copy for social media posts.

Video & Photo Editing:

• Edit video content using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Enhance images and graphics using Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and other design tools.
• Apply creative effects, transitions, and animations to videos for maximum engagement.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop new ideas that drive engagement and brand awareness.
• Stay up-to-date on trends, challenges, and viral content to ensure our content remains relevant and engaging.

Content Management:

• Schedule and manage posts across social media platforms such as YouTube, Meta, and TikTok.
• Monitor and respond to audience interactions to foster a strong community.

Analytics & Optimization:

• Track the performance of content across social media platforms using built-in analytics tools.
• Optimize content based on data insights to maximize reach and engagement.

Independent Work and Accuracy:

• Work independently to meet project deadlines, demonstrating a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Execute tasks in an efficient and accurate manner to maintain the quality of the content produced.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree/diploma in Mass Communication, Digital Media, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in content writing, video editing, and graphic design.
• Proficiency in editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop, CapCut, etc.
• Excellent knowledge of social media platforms and their utilization for brand awareness and impressions.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing collaboratively to a creative team.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Melayu.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Additional Skills (Bonus):

• Previous experience managing and growing YouTube channels.
• Proficiency in animation tools and software.
• Familiarity with SEO and content optimization for YouTube.
• Fluent in Mandarin, Bahasa Indonesia, Tagalog, and Vietnamese.

Location: Bandar Puteri Puchong (7 mins to LRT Taman Perindustrian Puchong)

Work Hours: 5 days a week, 9 AM to 6 PM
