Finance Executive/ Senior Finance Executive

Responsibilities:

• Assist in cash flow management and forecasting to ensure financial health.
• Handle banking issues and make online payments weekly.
• Prepare the annual budget and quarterly rolling forecasts.
• Prepare monthly budgets vs actuals report, providing meaningful feedback and proposing corrective actions.
• Assist with process improvements for accounting systems and data integrity (Xeersoft System).
• Manage the full set accounting process, including the preparation of financial statements for dormant companies.
• Liaise and work closely with bankers, auditors, tax agents, and other stakeholders.
• Participate in any ad-hoc projects or tasks as assigned.
• Update product costing every half year as assigned by your manager.

Knowledge, Abilities & Skills Required:

• Degree in Accounting or equivalent.
• At least 2-4 years of relevant experience.
• Hardworking, meticulous, and able to work independently.
• Familiarity with accounting software.
• Good command of English/Chinese/Malay.
• Solid background in cost and budgeting systems.
• Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Immediate availability is an advantage.
