Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager located in Penang, Malaysia. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure that all security services meet client expectations. Responsibilities include coordinating with various departments, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and driving operational efficiency. The role also involves developing and implementing strategic plans to improve service offerings and customer satisfaction.

3. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
4. Familiarity with security technologies and compliance regulations of the security industry
5. Ability to handle crisis situations efficiently
6. Disciplined and able to work across Northern Region
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
8. Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
9. Experience in the security services industry is highly desirable
10. Proactive & Dynamic Leader to manage and develop business
11. 35 years and above
12. Living in Seberang Perai
