Branch Services Executive (Ipoh)

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Attend to walk-in and call-in enquiries from agency force and policyholders;
• Ensure prompt, reliable, and quality service to policyholders and agency members;
• Handle all branch processes and backroom processes covering premium collections, claims, policy servicing, surrenders, and new business processes;
• Ensure all transactions comply with Standard Operating Procedures and Guides;
• Collect documents, transmit to HO, and follow up with intermediaries, customers, and business partners to fulfill outstanding requirements;
• Maintain standards of customer service, including telephone inquiries, greetings, and escalation of service matters or customer complaints;
• Attend periodic meetings, training, and development courses as directed;
• Ensure claims, new business, and surrender processes meet SLAs and KPIs;
• Handle ad-hoc assignments as assigned by superiors and managers;
• Perform any other duties that the company may assign from time to time.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in any field.
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field or fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Able to work in Ipoh.
• Preferably Executive specializing in Branch Operations or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.
