Role
The Day-To-Day Activities
Manage and support resellers by geographical area while handling corporate customer accounts, including Berjaya Group and VIPs.
Drive corporate line registrations and revenue growth through direct enterprise engagement, networking, and tactical campaigns.
Address and resolve billing issues, service interruptions, and customer concerns, ensuring timely response and resolution.
Assist in tracking and managing outstanding payments for enterprise customers to maintain healthy account status.
Handle customer communications regarding product launches, tactical programs, account matters, and special service requests while supporting sales administration tasks as needed.
About You
Minimum Diploma or Higher Diploma, preferably Bachelor of Degree holder.
Minimum 2 years working experience in Telco Enterprise Sales.
Preferably candidate with existing customer database.
