The opportunity:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and ideal candidate profiles. Design and implement sourcing strategies to efficiently attract top talent.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines through diverse platforms, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Review resumes of applicants, screen, conduct initial interviews & follow-ups with hiring managers and candidates.
• Provide regular recruitment updates and detailed tracking reports to stakeholders.
• Deliver an exceptional onboarding experience to foster talent engagement and a sense of belonging.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey, regardless of the outcome.

What you’ll need to succeed:

• 2-3+ years of recruiting experience; recruiting in a shared services environment will be preferred and open to all industry experience.
• Experience of working on white collar operations roles in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience of managing stakeholder relationships, with strong influencing and persuasion skills.
• Prior experience of successfully recruiting in supply chain and logistics industry is a plus.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate selection methods.
• Ability to work independently in a team & ability to handle ambiguity and resilience will be valuable.
