Junior role - RM2500 - RM3000
Must have knowledge on skincare/beauty products.
Key Responsibility Area – Retail Store – Stocks Management
- Maintain retail store shelves by providing optimum display of company products, tidying in-store shelves according to expiry date.
- Observe inventory levels and prompt store management to reorder when levels appear low.
- On-ground activation for ad-hoc promotions by setting up in-store displays, monitoring sales volume, inspecting inventory levels, and maintaining in-store promotional materials.
- Conduct on-ground observation of sales trends and customer feedback, sharing insights with management.
- Provide basic product training to retailers upon request.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports and assist in any paperwork as assigned.
- Stationed in Kuala Lumpur, with travel to South, North, and East Malaysia as needed.
Mandatory Experience and Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of related working experience in FMCG preferred.
- Able to speak and write in Mandarin and Malay.
- Possess own transport is a plus.
- Willing to travel and work long hours during events and festive seasons.
- Self-starter – self-motivated, takes initiative, and loves to see the results of their actions.
- Interpersonal savvy – ability to establish rapport at all levels, build constructive and effective relationships, and be a good team player.
- Negotiation and Conflict Management – negotiates skillfully in tough situations and settles disputes.
- Outcome and results-focused.
- Ability to work in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment and quickly adapt to business needs and meet tight deadlines.
