PGP Business Manager

The ideal candidate will lead the overall strategy, operations, and growth of the PGP business to achieve financial and non-financial targets while ensuring safety, cost efficiency, and high customer service standards as well as collaborate with support functions and the general management team to drive continuous improvement, operational excellence, and sustainable business performance.

What You’ll Do

• Emphasizes safety leadership by integrating accountability into daily operations and embedding it in subordinates' performance contracts and job descriptions.
• Driving business and the sales team toward full compliance with applicable laws, regulation and internal requirements
• Localizes business strategy implementation, drives BCP, PSO, and pricing initiatives, and maximizes process industry opportunities through gas applications and cylinder utilization.
• Manages distributors and customer relationships to optimize performance, reduce costs, resolve complaints, renew contracts, and align with revenue and volume targets.
• Analyses market trends, customer segments, and competitors to drive dynamic business changes and maximize profitable growth in the packaged gas sector.
• Develops a motivated and capable team through leadership, coaching, professional development, and fostering a culture of success to achieve targets and objectives.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum degree in technical or any related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in commercial or technical roles in the industrial sector.
• Demonstrated success with prior sales and marketing or business management roles.
• Excellent communication, coaching & training skills and understanding of basic Financial Reports.
• Experience in strategy development & implementation and commercial acumen & entrepreneurial drive.
• Fluency in English; local language proficiency is a bonus.
