Responsibilities
Marketing Calendar Management:
- Create marketing calendar for the year
- Identify and propose key dates for potential marketing events
Marketing Activity Management
- Plan, coordinate, implement, monitor and follow-up on marketing events, including online and offline events
- Identify and liaise with vendors and suppliers for online and/or offline events
- Prepare post-event/post-activity reports for online and/or offline events
Social Media Management
- Manage social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Threads, and xhs
- Plan social media posting calendar
- Create posts that are creative, engaging, and trending
- Manage content creators/freelancers including identifying suitable content creators, negotiating payment, and reviewing deliverables
- Manage team members/direct reports responsible for customer chats/comments on social media and sales platforms
- Manage team members/direct reports responsible for live hosts
- Liaise with and manage digital agencies
Provide ad hoc assistance to supervisor when needed
Job Requirements
- Minimum diploma holder
- 3-5 years experience in related field
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin
- Creative and always on the lookout for new marketing trends
- Able to adapt to a fast-changing environment
- Resourceful, versatile, and strives to solve problems
- Able to work independently
- Very good attitude
- Proactive
- Team player
- Continuously improves on effectiveness & excellence at work
- Good communication skills
- Willing to work flexible hours including weekends, due to the nature of marketing work
