Warehouse Team Leader

Job Responsibilities

1. To lead and supervise warehouse workers on daily warehouse activities to ensure smooth operations.
2. Assign tasks and duties to team members, and supervise to ensure efficient and accurate transactions of inbound and outbound activities.
3. To assist in implementing operational policies and procedures by adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs), Good Distribution Practice (GDP) guidelines and safety guidelines.
4. Secure and accurate inventory keeping.
5. Provide feedback and suggestions to superior for continuous process improvement.
6. Willing to work at CARiNG Pharmacy Distribution Centre at Puchong for 2-3 months before being relocated to Bukit Raja.

1. Minimum Diploma in any field and have working experience in warehousing.
2. At least 2 years working experience in related fields is required for this position.
3. A dynamic personality, responsible and mature team player with good interpersonal skills.
4. Those without the relevant qualifications but with the relevant experiences are encouraged to apply.
5. Willing to work long hours during peak cycles from time to time.
