Operation Executive

HWG Digital Investment Bank – Victoria, Labuan

Responsibilities:

• Conduct onboarding processes for new clients including Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures such as Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD).
• Manage and maintain customer accounts.
• Perform product presentations to potential clients.
• Prepare and submit complete documents to authorities and comply with the bank's requirements and policies.
• Interact with relevant authorities (Labuan) for compliance tasks.
• Handle Company Secretarial tasks.
• Liaise and respond to customer requests and enquiries promptly.
• Assist the operation team with day-to-day operational tasks to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
• Perform general office administration duties including compiling and maintaining files in an organized manner.
• Assist in other ad-hoc assignments as needed.

Qualifications:

• A degree holder in Finance, Marketing, Business or any equivalent field.
• At least 2 years of working experience in the finance or banking industry.
• Familiarity with KYC, CDD, and EDD procedures is an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
