Responsibilities:
- Attend to inbound calls and prompt correspondence via email or online chat.
Requirements:
- SPM, Diploma, and/or Degree.
- Write X assessment score should be C1 (candidate should have excellent communication skills both in speaking and writing).
- Min 1-2 years of working experience.
- Should have experience in handling calls, emails, and/or chats.
- Can work on a shifting schedule.
- Can start ASAP.
