Responsibilities:

  1. Attend to inbound calls and prompt correspondence via email or online chat.

Requirements:

  1. SPM, Diploma, and/or Degree.
  2. Write X assessment score should be C1 (candidate should have excellent communication skills both in speaking and writing).
  3. Min 1-2 years of working experience.
  4. Should have experience in handling calls, emails, and/or chats.
  5. Can work on a shifting schedule.
  6. Can start ASAP.
