Business Analyst (Tech)
Job description
Position Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business teams to identify and assess processes suitable for automation.
- Gather, document, and analyze business requirements, pain points, and process inefficiencies.
- Develop process maps, workflow diagrams, and automation feasibility studies.
- Work closely with automation developers and solution architects to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Facilitate workshops and discussions with stakeholders to drive process optimization.
- Define and document business process improvements, SOPs, and automation strategies.
- Support the development and testing phases by validating automated workflows against business requirements.
- Monitor and assess the impact of automation solutions post-deployment and suggest refinements.
Qualification And Experiences
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in business analysis, process consulting, or automation projects.
- Understanding of Business Process Automation (BPA) tools such as UiPath, Power Automate, Lark Automated Workflow, Lark Anycross or similar platforms.
- Strong ability to map and optimize business processes, with experience in process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart).
- Excellent ability to liaise between business and technical teams.
- Ability to identify inefficiencies and propose effective automation strategies.
- Certifications (Preferred): CBAP, Lean Six Sigma, or RPA-related certifications are a plus.
