Role Title: Test Analyst

Role Overview

• Proven track record as an outstanding test analyst with end-to-end testing experience. Capable of defining the Test Strategy & Test Plan document, designing the test cases, and preparing the testers for UAT.
• Understand application business area and application requirements, specifically in the banking environment.
• Experience in managing user acceptance testing (UAT) in both Agile and Waterfall delivery environments.
• Hands-on experience in test planning, test execution, test management, defect tracking, and test progress reporting including using a variety of test management tools.
• Skilled Business Analyst with relevant experience in the coordination of SIT and UAT for multi-phased projects preferably using Agile practices.
• UAT management skills are more important than the Insurance domain knowledge.

Experience & Certification

• Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience managing user acceptance testing (UAT) in both Agile and Waterfall delivery environments.
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Unix, UAT Testing, SQL queries, Mantis, Data Migration.
• ISTQB Certified Tester, Foundation level (CTFL) or working towards qualification.
• Candidate with experience in Banking domain OR (Insurance / Financial Services industry) is highly preferred.
• Able to speak and write in Mandarin / Cantonese.
