People Experience Communication Specialist

We are seeking a curious, intuitive, and self-motivated communicator to support the people experience communications on channels, content creation and campaigns for communication projects in Allianz Services (e.g. People Experience topics such as Allianz Engagement Survey, Ways Of Working, #selfcare).

This role requires excellent project management skills, relationship building, problem solving and communication skills. The role would suit a detail-orientated people person with a passion for internal communication and connecting employees.

Responsibilities

  • Develops, plans and implements the communication strategy and communication plan in alignment with the Head of Global Communications in Allianz Services and the Head of People Experience.
  • Acts as a communicator/communication consultant for People Experience and all departments within People Experience.
  • Implementing internal and external communication strategies.
  • Responsible for aligning all pieces of communication with the specific stakeholders involved.
  • Maintains & builds upon employee engagement and contributes to the increase of employee pride and awareness.
  • Responds to ad hoc communication requirements from all stakeholders within People Experience departments.
  • Develops and distributes templates and materials on various communication channels.
  • Prepares, compiles and creates content for internal and external communication.
  • Coordinates and contributes to internal events and provides general support as needed.
  • Organizes People Experience events through the year.
  • Collaborates closely with the employer branding team and acts as a contact person for all employer branding aspects.
  • Responsible for adapting all local and global HR materials to the organizational EVP.
  • Cooperating with other internal communication stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
  • Knowledge of MS-PowerPoint, MS-Excel.
  • 2+ years of communications experience.
  • Project management, HR or/and employer branding experience would be a plus.
  • Native fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Experience with a wide range of digital communication tools and channels.
  • Proven ability to create and compile content of technical nature.
