Provide technical support, resolving issues, doing quality assurance checks.
Manage team & ensure team objectives are being carried out.
Display extensive working knowledge of industry standards & practices, including product details & company services offered.
Monitor and review work schedule on service & repair work for maintenance team.
Identify the root maintenance issues, develop ideas and propose solutions in the technical report.
Prepare quotations, technical reports, follow up, data analysis & summarizing collected data, provide regular reports to management.
Offer good customer service, including maintaining customer relationships & ensuring repeat customers by upselling products and services & taking care of any customer concerns or complaints quickly & professionally.
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma or Certificate in Electrical / Mechanical or equivalent.
Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Strong project management skills.
Good leadership and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently and effectively in a team environment.
