Senior Executive, Logistics (Puchong-Night Shift)

Responsible for effective, efficient handling of stock inventory, manage warehouse delivery operations for MFM Central branch, and ensure smooth deliveries to customers assigned.

Main Responsibilities:

• Responsible for daily delivery operations activities which includes smooth operation flow at the Central branch and sale order deliveries to customers.
• Ensure overall administration duties such as proper filling for all delivery orders, daily delivery reports, daily cash sales collection, driver’s delivery & unloading claims processing, general administration of Central Branch and other matters are in accordance to Company’s policies and procedures.
• Responsible for processing sales orders from the JDE system (keyed by HQ sales coordinators) as well as sales orders from walk in/ own collection customers in relation to flour.
• Consistently monitor stock inventory level which includes coordinating & arranging overall daily stock replenishment from plant to ensure sufficient stock is maintained for the daily warehouse operation. Actively practice daily stock check & balance to ensure no discrepancies of stock and safety of stock store in depot.
• Plan and schedule daily delivery assignments for transporter and ensure deliveries deadlines are met with accuracy.
• Responsible for banking in cash/ cheque collection from customers and submit to HQ for processing.
• Ensure the practice of FIFO stock rotation system in the warehouse is in place.
• Ensure that unloaded stocks are properly handled for safety reasons and maximum storage is put in consideration. Maintain housekeeping in the warehouse.
• Responsible for overall warehouse fumigation periodically for proper storage and quality assurance standards.
• Ensure all machineries such as forklifts, stackers, and sewing machines are properly maintained to minimize wear & tear.
• Assist in receiving of items from suppliers as well as handling of approved stock return, rejects, flour samples and arrange for lorry to deliver item back to plant.

Requirements:

• 1 - 3 years of working experience in warehouse and logistics
• Willing to work during night shift (With special allowances) 12midnight - 8am
• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business or any related field
