Job Description

• In charge of RPA development and digital strategic project
• Designing automation processes as per the operational needs of an organization
• Updating and maintaining Developer Standards around RPA best practices
• Managed multiple RPA projects and ensure all the project delivery on time
• Managed daily RPA operation including troubleshooting and other process operation related matters
• Suggest areas for improvement in internal processes along with possible solutions
• Leading digital activation projects, and measuring the efficiency and effectiveness of digital channels
