Job Description

1. Prepare Schedule for the flawless execution of assigned projects.
2. Keep the project on schedule, on budget and within the specifications.
3. Develop costing for assigned tender with resourceful ideas or proposals.
4. Liase with suppliers/vendors/contractors with acknowledgment of direct superior.
5. Ensure the material is onsite as per target date.
6. Site coordination among consultant, client, supplier, vendor, and contractor.
7. Communicate with client/owner/end user effectively with proper understanding by interpreting their needs and requirements.
8. Plan, coordinate, and compile engineering design work with client/designer/consultant/contractor.
9. Prepare engineering drawings.
10. Prepare site progress reports as per project requirements.
11. Prepare Method of Statement for the construction work.
12. Plan and arrange for testing and commissioning of the project to meet specifications and requirements.
13. Ensure all aspects of the project proceed while adhering to internal company SOPs as well as external regulations and laws.
14. Prepare handover documents once the project is completed.

Job Requirements

1. Possess Degree certification in Electrical/Mechanical or Civil Engineering or equivalent.
2. Preferably with 1-2 years of construction line working experience.
3. Have experience in project sites.
4. Able to work with minimum supervision.
