We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist/Headhunter to join our team and play a crucial role in assisting external clients with their hiring needs. The ideal candidate will be proactive in communication, leveraging diverse sourcing strategies to build strong talent pipelines and ensure a seamless hiring experience for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Partner closely with external clients to understand their hiring needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
2. Utilize multiple sourcing techniques, including networking, social media, job boards, headhunting, and referrals, to attract both active and passive candidates.
3. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate suitability based on role requirements and cultural fit.
4. Coordinate and manage the entire interview process, ensuring timely communication and feedback for both candidates and clients.
5. Facilitate the hiring process, including offer negotiations, preparing offer letters, and conducting necessary background checks on behalf of clients.
6. Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases to ensure data accuracy and efficiency.
7. Collaborate with HR and leadership teams on workforce planning, employer branding, and talent retention strategies for clients.
8. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and market conditions to enhance recruitment processes and attract top talent.
9. Maintain proactive and effective communication with clients, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the hiring process.

Requirements:

1. Having knowledge of Malaysian HR regulations and practices is highly regarded.
2. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3. Minimum of 3 years of working experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Headhunter, or Recruiter, with a strong track record of successfully sourcing and hiring candidates for external clients.
4. Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, candidate assessment methods, and employment laws.
5. Excellent proactive communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with candidates and external clients.
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple priorities, and meet recruitment deadlines.
7. Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HR software is preferred.
8. Mandarin proficiency is preferred as the role involves client-facing interactions, including those from Mandarin-speaking regions.
