Conveyancing Clerk/Paralegal

This role offers you the chance to play a key part in our conveyancing operations and make a real difference.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and draft legal documents, including sale and purchase agreements, perfection of transfer and charge, and other conveyancing-related documents.
• Conduct searches and perform due diligence on property titles and records.
• Liaise with clients, property agents, and other stakeholders to facilitate seamless conveyancing processes.
• Assist in the completion and settlement of conveyancing transactions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all conveyancing matters.
• Provide administrative and general support to the Conveyancing team.

What We're Looking For

• A minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Conveyancing Clerk or Paralegal, preferably in a law firm or legal department.
• Basic understanding of Malaysian property law and conveyancing procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with precision under pressure.
• Proficiency in legal research, document drafting, and effective client communication.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal software applications.
• A collaborative team player with a positive attitude and the ability to contribute to a supportive work environment.
