Talent Acquisition Executive

Duties & Responsibilities:
● Focus on end-to-end recruitment, which includes administering the Manpower Requisition Form for replacement and new headcounts, not limited to sourcing, shortlisting, assessment & selection, offer and onboarding.
● Liaise with respective department managers and stakeholders to understand and support their specific recruitment needs.
● Manage the advertising of job vacancies via various social media platforms and job search portals.
● Collaborate with various agencies to participate in recruitment drives.
● Handle internal transfer requests.
● Prepare weekly and monthly reports for recruitment results.
● Strategize different ways to build talent pipelines and execute on tactical research, referral generation, events, and sourcing campaigns.
● Track and report key recruitment metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
● Ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
● Maintain a good relationship with candidates and see them through the completion of their probation.
● Perform any HR-related projects or duties as assigned.

Requirements:
● Degree/Diploma in HRM or any equivalent
● Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition in both agency and in-house
● Strong understanding, positive attitude, and hands-on experience with the full lifecycle recruitment process and talent acquisition
● Highly organized, driven, and able to perform well under pressure
● Good interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team
● A hands-on person who is positive, proactive, and driven
● Mature and able to work independently
