Our client is a fast-growing Personal Care & Home Products Provider that empowers independent sellers and distributors to bring its products directly to customers. They are committed to providing high-quality, innovative, and eco-conscious solutions while fostering entrepreneurship and financial growth opportunities for their network of sales partners.
Our client is looking for an experienced Regional Business Development Manager to lead the expansion of its direct selling business across the East Coast region of Malaysia.
Responsibilities
- Identify, recruit, and develop key sales leaders to drive business growth
- Develop and implement direct selling strategies to expand market presence
- Establish and nurture relationships with distributors, independent sellers, and key stakeholders
- Drive sales growth through new business development and market penetration
- Create and execute training programs to enhance seller capabilities and performance
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns for direct-to-consumer (D2C) sales
- Provide insights and feedback to management for continuous business improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in business development, direct selling, or D2C sales
- Strong leadership, networking, and relationship management skills
- Willing to travel across the East Coast region (Kelantan, Terengganu, or Pahang)
- Results-driven, strategic thinker, and adaptable team player
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluency in English, Chinese, and Malay is an advantage
